Who This Is For

Custom Corn Maze Design for a Stronger Fall Season.

I work with farms that want a maze visitors remember without making the season harder to manage. That includes family-run agritourism farms and larger operations that need a custom design with strong visual impact and room for steady visitor traffic.

I design and cut corn mazes mainly for farms in Virginia, and I also travel into North Carolina and the surrounding region. Projects usually make the most sense when you have at least three acres available, whether you are planning a compact attraction or a larger marquee maze that anchors your fall season. The earlier you reach out, the more time there is to make good decisions about layout, planting, and timing.

If you want more background on how I got into this work, visit the about page. If you are trying to get a practical sense of corn maze cost, or you are still deciding whether a maze makes sense at all, read is a corn maze worth it for your farm. If you are not sure whether your field is big enough, take a look at how many acres you need for a corn maze. If you are trying to think through planting and timing, start with when to plant a corn maze. If you are deciding what kind of crop to use, read best corn for a corn maze. For maintenance questions, the FAQ covers the practical side.

Service Area

Based in Virginia, Serving Virginia and North Carolina

Based in south central Virginia. Most of my work is in Virginia, with North Carolina also being a strong fit for farms that need custom corn maze design and GPS-guided cutting.

Best Fit

Custom Work, Not Templates

Every maze is designed for the field it will be cut into, with room for branding, good trail flow, and the practical realities of opening season.

Booking Window

Plan Early for Better Results

The best time to start the conversation is before planting, so there is enough time to think through layout, corn variety, and the right cutting window. If you want more detail on that side, read when to plant a corn maze.

Process

From Field Outline to Opening Weekend.

A good corn maze season usually starts months before anyone walks the first trail. The process is straightforward, and timing makes a real difference. If you want to dig into that part, take a look at when to plant a corn maze and when to cut a corn maze.

01

Plan the Maze Early

Reach out before or around planting time so we can talk about acreage, field shape, and the kind of maze experience you want visitors to have.

02

Approve a Custom Design

I draw the maze specifically for your field. If the size allows, that can include a logo, farm name, or theme while still keeping the trail layout practical in real corn.

03

Cut at the Right Height

Once the corn is in the right window, usually around 18 to 36 inches tall, I come out and cut the maze using GPS guidance so the finished layout matches the plan. If you want more detail on that timing, read when to cut a corn maze.

Every project includes the custom design, the initial cut, and a maze map for your visitors. If you are still figuring out acreage or what affects pricing, start with the acreage page and the corn maze cost page. If you are ready to talk through acreage, timing, and travel, request a quote here.
